This document sets out the terms governing the use of the l3110 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to abide by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the l3110 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use this platform.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration & Eligibility
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the l3110 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. l3110 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including requesting identification documents such as a national ID or passport before processing any withdrawal.
Password & Account Security
Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the l3110 support team immediately.
L3110 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree to use the l3110 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to access or exploit the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent
- Conducting any transaction related to money laundering
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from l3110
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties
L3110 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment Information, Transactions & Liability Limits
Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency
All transactions on the l3110 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX, Boost, and Touch 'n Go. Deposits are typically credited within minutes of payment confirmation being received.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account registered under the user's name. l3110 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal if there is any doubt regarding the validity of a transaction or the user's identity. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Platform Liability Limits
L3110 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical delays, or system errors. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding the availability or accuracy of our services at any given time.

L3110 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other reason the platform deems appropriate. Should an account be closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.

All content on the l3110 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphic materials — is the property of l3110 and is protected under intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
L3110 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through procedures established by l3110.
